In the last couple of weeks, our email blogs delivery service went down. We were unable to deliver any email blogs to go out for our readers.
This put my blog writing on a little break. Most of you are probably saying to yourself, “Well good Emilio, you got a little rest.”
That’s good but that’s also bad for me because it takes me out of my rhythm. The hardest time for me to start anything is the day after I took a break from that thing.
That goes with anything in my life. If I’m working out, the day after my rest day is the most difficult day to force myself back to the gym.

The day after I stray from my diet is the hardest day to get back on track with my diet.
Whenever we get off track from a habit, getting back on track is the most difficult point of the reset.
Dentistry is no different. Many people have fallen out of the habit of going to the dentist.
Either you’ve moved, lost your insurance, or life just got too busy, and you put your health on the back burner. These things have happened to all of us.

The hardest part is picking up that phone and making that call.
I get it. In your head you’re thinking, “I haven’t gone in a while and I’m going to receive horrible news.”
Like Austin Powers said…"I’m going to have one MILLION cavities."
The reality is that the majority of the time the news ends up being way better than we expected.
Pick up the phone and make the call!
If you have fallen off the dental health wagon, please visit us at mydente.com or call 773-292-1911 to schedule your appointment today!
